Kristy Zamagni-Twomey, B.S., English Language Arts and Fine Arts

Kristy Zamagni-Twomey is a contributing writer with We Are Teachers. She holds B.S. degrees in English Language Arts and Fine Arts from Stonehill College. She is also a freelance journalist who writes regularly for her local newspaper. Her background includes ten years of experience in textbook publishing. She’s written hundreds of articles on a wide array of topics, including local school committee meetings and anything and everything education related. She has a passion for art and enjoys drawing portraits in her spare time. Her favorite pastimes include spending time with her husband, two kids, and dog and coaching soccer.
