Service Learning and SEL Survey Giveaway Official Rules

  • NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. To be eligible, persons must complete all survey questions. Enter online at https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/7000324/71e26ccb58a8. Fully completed surveys must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on 11/30/22 in order to be eligible to win. Five (5) entrants will be selected at random from among all eligible entrants submitting a survey and will constitute the winner of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is open only to teachers in grades K-12, who are residents of the United States (one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia) and who have received and reviewed the Service Learning/SEL program materials. The winners will be notified by mail or email on or about 30 days after the deadline for entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.
  • Employees of WeAreTeachers, Allstate Foundation, and members of their families living in the same household, the program sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, employees, brokers, distributors, dealers, retailers, affiliates, and their immediate families, and their respective advertising, promotion, and production agencies, are not eligible to enter. One entry per person; duplicate and/or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Prize: Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $100 gift certificate to Amazon.com (approximate retail value: $100) (the “Gift Certificate”). Taxes on the Gift Certificate, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to abide by these rules and agree to release WeAreTeachers, The Allstate Foundation, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, employees, brokers, distributors, dealers, retailers, affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion, and production agencies from any and all liability for injuries or damages of any kind sustained through participation in this promotion and/or use or misuse of a prize once accepted. By accepting the prize, the winner grants WeAreTeachers and its designees the right to use his or her name, hometown, biographical information, school name and entry for any lawful purposes, including advertising and promotional purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further notice, permission, or compensation, except where prohibited by law. 
  • No cash substitutions, transfers, or assignments of the Gift Card allowed, except by Sponsor in case of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to all matters related to this Sweepstakes shall be final.
  • Your responses to the survey questions will be provided to The Allstate Foundation in aggregate form and will be anonymous. For more information regarding The Allstate Foundation privacy policies, visit https://allstatefoundation.org/who-we-are/privacy-statement/  Sponsor, Allstate Foundation and their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion or production agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telecommunications malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to play or participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason (including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes) the online portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
