We Are Teachers Membership Sharing and Resource Use Policy

This policy explains how We Are Teachers Premium memberships and paid digital resources may be used. These rules help protect the value of membership content and are consistent with common practices used by educational content providers. 

Individual Memberships 

We Are Teachers Premium memberships are licensed to a single educator. Memberships may not be shared with colleagues, grade-level teams, professional learning communities (PLCs), departments, schools, districts, or any other group unless expressly authorized through a separate school or district license. 

Account Credentials 

You may not share your username, password, login link, or other account credentials with another person. Allowing others to access Premium content through your account is prohibited. 

Use With Students 

You may print, display, distribute, and use purchased or Premium resources with students you directly teach, support, or supervise in the normal course of educational instruction. You may also share resources with a co-teacher or long-term substitute who is working directly with the same group of students for the purpose of delivering instruction to those students. 

Google Classroom and Learning Platforms 

You may post resources in your own Google Classroom, Canvas course, Schoology course, learning management system, or similar platform when access is limited to your own students. You may also provide access to a co-teacher or long-term substitute working with those same students. You may not upload resources to a shared repository, district-wide resource library, public website, shared drive, or another educator’s classroom, course, or account. 

Sharing Restrictions 

Except as expressly permitted above, you may not email, photocopy, upload, post, transfer, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise provide resources to other educators, including grade-level teammates, PLC members, departments, schools, districts, instructional coaches, administrators, or other personnel. 

Prohibited Uses 

Resources may not be resold, posted on social media, uploaded to online marketplaces, incorporated into competing products, or made publicly available in downloadable form. 

Violations 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to memberships or purchased content when We reasonably believe this policy has been violated, including cases involving credential sharing, unauthorized distribution, or misuse of resources.
