Make Rainbow Flip Books for St. Patrick’s Day

A fun way to celebrate!

rainbowInvite your students to construct a fun Rainbow Flip Book (click the link to download)! Simply print a page for each student (card stock works best). There are both colored and black-and-white versions.

Have your students cut out each rainbow arc strip along the black lines. Then have them add their own components to personalize their book. They simply draw around the rainbow to construct their own mini movie out of paper!

Ideas: Students can add gold coins flying through the air, a leprechaun dancing, flowers growing taller, anything they would like!

Once their pages are decorated to their liking, have your students put the pages in order and get busy flipping! Tip: To flip really fast, students can use their thumbnail to hold down (and release) the pages when viewing and flipping.
