OFFICIAL RULES (“Rules”)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO APPLY FOR OR PURCHASE INSURANCE OR APPLY FOR AN INSURANCE QUOTE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Overview: Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company (“Equitable Financial” or
   “Sponsor”) is offering each entrant (“Entrant”) who completes the Test Your Money
   Savvy at https://uitdzbko0b9.typeform.com/to/htLeJMp1 (the “Survey”) during the
   Sweepstakes Period, as defined below, an entry (“Entry”) in a random drawing (the
   “Sweepstakes”) for the chance to win one (1) of three (3) $100 Amazon® gift cards
   totaling $300 (three hundred dollars), (the “Prizes”). By entering the Sweepstakes,
   you agree to these Rules. WeAreTeachers (“Administrator”) is the official
   administrator of this sweepstakes and Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company
   is the sponsor.
2. Dates of Sweepstakes: 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time, August 8, 2022, to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time November 11th, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (other than the
   excluded states listed below) and the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) and
   older and who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. Void in
   and to residents of Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota,
   Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Utah, Washington, West Virginia and
   Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories and possessions. And who are currently
   employed full- or part-time as an educator by an accredited public K–12 school in
   the United States. Employees and their immediate family members (parents,
   children, siblings, spouse or persons living in the same household) of Equitable
   Financial or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or Sweepstakes administrators are not
   eligible to participate. Entrants who are clients with assets in a governmental 401(a),
   403(b) or 457(b) plan with a product offered by Equitable Financial (or members of
   the immediate family/household of such a client), are not eligible. Further,
   government officials and employees, including officials and employees of public-
   school districts and public districts, and their immediate family members, are not
   eligible to participate in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii,
   Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York and Virginia. Employees or
   officials of governmental entities to which Equitable Financial is currently providing a
   response to a Request for Proposal, or with which Equitable Financial is engaged in
   discussions regarding prospective business are not eligible to participate. Individual
   Retirement Annuity (IRA) and ERISA customers of Equitable Financial are not
   eligible to participate. Prize awards are conditioned upon Sponsor’s review of
   Entrant’s eligibility and determination that the potential winner’s acceptance of the
   Prize is not prohibited by these Rules or any applicable law, including gift rules and
   restrictions applicable to the potential winner. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY
   LAW. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations,
   including tax laws. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set
   forth herein.
4. How to Enter: View the Survey at https://uitdzbko0b9.typeform.com/to/htLeJMp1,
   reply to all the questions during the Sweepstakes Period and include your name,
   email address and phone number in the contact information in the Survey. Sponsor
   shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
   Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): You may enter the Sweepstakes without
   completing a Survey as follows: On a plain 3” x 5” index card, legibly handprint or type
   your full name, address, phone number and email address and mail in a postage-paid,
   business-sized envelope to Test Your Money Savvy Sweepstakes, 1234 Alsace Road,
   Reading, PA, 19604. AMOE Entries must be postmarked by October 24, 2022, and
   received by October 31, 2022, to be eligible. Each AMOE Entry must be mailed in a
   separate envelope. Entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant
   are void. Sponsor will not confirm receipt of Entries, and all Entries submitted become
   the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for
   lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged or postage due AMOE Entries.
   Limit of one (1) Entry per person. One (1) Prize per person. At the discretion of
   Sponsor, any attempt by an Entrant to submit more than the stated maximum number of
   Entries by using multiple/different addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers,
   identities, logins, accounts and/or any other methods will void all of such Entrant’s
   Entries, and such Entrant may be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes.
5. Prizes: Three (3) Amazon® gift cards, retail value $100.00 (one hundred dollars),
   generally includable as income for tax purposes. Total retail value of all prizes
   available to be won is $300.00 (three hundred dollars). Prizes must be accepted “as-
   is,” and no warranties will be provided by Sponsor. Gift cards are subject to
   additional terms and conditions of third-party businesses where they are to be
   redeemed. Sponsor does not guarantee the availability of goods or services offered
   by such businesses and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
   Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution, exchange or cash redemption of
   any Prize will be permitted. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and fees
   arising from receipt, acceptance or use of any Prize.
6. Odds of Winning: Depends on the number of eligible Entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification; Delivery of Prize: After the end of the
   Sweepstakes Period, three (3) winners will be randomly selected from among all
   eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to receive a Prize.
   Decisions of Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s designee shall be based on Sponsor’s
   discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all
   respects. Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address specified in
   the Survey registration or AMOE Entry (“Sweepstakes Prize Notification”), or such
   other method as Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s designee may elect and prompted to
   claim the Prize. Except where prohibited by law, potential winners may be required
   to complete an affidavit of eligibility — which may require providing personal
   information, including, but not limited to, employment and residence information — a
   liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within ten (10) business days of
   receipt of Sweepstakes Prize Notification by the Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s
   designee. If Sweepstakes Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential
   winner fails to claim the Prize within five (5) days after being prompted to do so (or
   such time stated in the prize notification) or a potential winner is determined by
   Sponsor to be ineligible or fails to return any required documents or releases within
   the specified time, the Prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor may select another winner
   from the remaining eligible Entries. Prizes will be delivered to winner by U.S. mail,
   email or such other method as Sponsor shall determine, in its sole discretion, at the
   contact information included in such person’s Survey registration or AMOE entry.
   Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notices due to any change in a potential
   winner’s contact information or technical or human error.
8. General: Administrator and sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
   cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any factor
   beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control threatens to impair the administration, legality,
   integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes or makes it impracticable to
   complete. Sponsor further reserves the right, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to cancel,
   terminate or modify the Sweepstakes in the event of tampering, and/or to disqualify
   any person who violates these Rules or attempts to tamper with any aspect of the
   Sweepstakes.
9. Privacy: All Entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of
   their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as
   permitted by law, including, without limitation, on a winner’s list. All personal
   information submitted as part of the Sweepstakes may be used for purposes of
   administering the Sweepstakes and as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy
   https://equitable.com/about-us/privacy
10. Release: Neither Administrator, Sponsor, nor any of Equitable Financial’s parents,
    subsidiaries, licensees, advertising agencies and partners, and affiliated companies,
    and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, servants, representatives,
    shareholders and employees, as well as each of their respective successors and
    assigns (“Released Parties”) shall be responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate
    information, whether caused by Entrant, Sponsor, or any printing or typographical
    errors or equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;
    (2) technical failures of any kind including, but not limited to, malfunctions,
    interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3)
    unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or
    human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the
    processing of Entries; (5) late, lost, misdelivered, destroyed, unintelligible or
    undeliverable Entries or notifications; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or
    property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from
    Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or
    the receipt, use or misuse of any Prize. All Entrants acknowledge that the Released
    Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty,
    representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any
    Prize, including but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a
    particular purpose.
11. Limitations of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting a Prize,
    each Entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released
    Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, liabilities, losses or
    causes of action related in any way to the operation of or such Entrant’s participation
    in the Sweepstakes and any other claims, damages or liabilities, including without
    limitation any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property
    of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from Entrant’s
    acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize or participation in the
    Sweepstakes. If for any reason an Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously
    deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another
    Entry in the Sweepstakes if available.
12. Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes, each
    Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out
    of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to
    any form of class action, and brought exclusively in the state or federal courts
    located in New York County, New York, with any challenge to personal jurisdiction or
    venue in such courts being hereby waived, (2) under no circumstances will any
    participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each participant hereby waives all
    rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, court costs,
    or attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses not to exceed fifty
    dollars ($50.00); and (3) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited
    to such actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including any costs associated with
    participating in the Sweepstakes, not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00). Entrant
    expressly waives any right to claim or recover attorney’s fees or court costs. All
    issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and
    enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant,
    Administrator, and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed
    by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without
    giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the
    application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
13. Trademarks: Company names and trademarks associated with Prizes are used
    solely to identify Prizes. No endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or approval of
    Prize manufacturer or trademark owner is intended or implied by such use. All
    referenced company names and trademarks are registered and unregistered
    trademarks or copyrights of their respective owners.
14. Publicity: Not applicable in or to Tennessee residents. Participation in the
    Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s and its agents’ use
    of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state
    for advertising and Sweepstakes purposes in any media, worldwide, without further
    payment or consideration, in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
15. Winners’ List/Rules Request: To receive the names of Prize winners or an
    additional copy of these Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped, business-size (#10)
    envelope, within six (6) months of the Sweepstakes, to Test Your Money Savvy
    Sweepstakes, 1234 Alsace Road, Reading, PA 19604.
