Michigan Teachers Ultimate Gift Card Giveaway Promotion- Official Rules and Regulations No purchase necessary. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The promotion is open only to legal residents in the state of Michigan who at the time of entry are a) eighteen (18) years of age or older and b) currently employed full-time or part-time as an educator by an accredited public or private K-12 school in the State of Michigan. WeAreTeachers (103 JFK Parkway Short Hills, NJ 07078) is the official administrator of this program and Meemic Insurance Company (1685 N Opdyke Rd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326) is the Sponsor. Employees of WeAreTeachers, Sponsor, and/or their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and household members (parent, spouse, child or sibling) of each are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entry Rules and Agreements

1. All entries must be submitted using the online form starting August 10, 2021 and by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 30, 2021.
2. Entrants must enter the giveaway using the online form on this page. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programming or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
3. All entrants must be legal residents of Michigan with a current U.S. address for prize fulfillment. Prizes that require shipment will not be shipped internationally.
4. Each entrant may only submit one completed form. Limit one entry per person.

Winner Selection Rules and Agreements

1. Winners will be selected by random drawing on October 1, 2021 and announced on the WeAreTeachers website by October 5, 2021.
2. All published prizes from the Sponsor are fulfilled by the Sponsor and are the sole responsibility of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is responsible for contacting winners by email and fulfilling all other related prizes directly to the winners.
3. WeAreTeachers and its Sponsors make every attempt to fulfill prizes. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days will not be awarded. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited by the winner and a new winner will be selected by random drawing.
4. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. All prizes are awarded as-is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
5. Prizing: There will be fifty (50) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) $100 Target gift card or one (1) $100 Amazon.com gift card, based on the winner’s choice.
6. Product prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
7. Only the number of prizes stated in the Rules is available to be won. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries is received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Program and Rules & Terms

1. WeAreTeachers and the program Sponsor reserve the right to extend the submission deadline and/or winner announcement.
2. WeAreTeachers and the program Sponsor reserve the right to modify, cancel or suspend the Promotion or any part of it.
3. Information provided by you under this program is subject to WeAreTeachers’ privacy policy located at www.weareteachers.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor (Meemic Insurance Company) collects personal data when you enter this Promotion. Entering the Promotion online, or by putting your entry form into the entry box, constitutes your permission for the Sponsor and its associated companies to maintain the data. This data is collected to maintain a record of those who have entered the Promotion, to ensure contact with potential winners and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy policy located at Meemic.com/Privacy.
4. WeAreTeachers and the program Sponsor are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of the entries. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or Promotion malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.
5. WeAreTeachers and the Sponsor retain the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions are final and discretionary. The laws of the State of Michigan shall govern this Promotion. The courts of Michigan shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Rules and/or this Promotion. All participants and winners agree, by their participation in the Promotion, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with prizes are the responsibility of the winners. 6.Winners may make no substitution or transfer of prizes. All federal, state and local taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of each winner. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, representation and warranty and acknowledgement of taxation/value of prize form. Winners will also be required to sign a name and liability release. Sponsor, its agents and employees assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage due, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like online entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods. If, for any reason, the online portion of the Promotion is compromised by reason of tampering or technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the online portion of the Promotion and select winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if any) the action taken by Sponsor.
