Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the state of Michigan who at the time of entry are:

a. Eighteen (18) years of age or older and

b. Currently employed full-time or part-time as an educator or school staff by an accredited public or private K-12 school in the State of Michigan, or a preschool that is part of a public school district or must have accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

WeAreTeachers (5335 Gate Pkwy., Jacksonville, FL 32256) is the official administrator of this program, and Meemic Insurance Company (1685 N. Opdyke Rd., Auburn Hills, MI 48326) is the Sponsor. Employees of WeAreTeachers, Sponsor, and/or their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and household members (parent, spouse, child, or sibling) of each are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Entry Rules and Agreements

Entries must be submitted using the online form on this page or by mail between February 13, 2023, and March 27, 2023. To enter by mail, send your name, complete home address, phone number, and email to 5335 Gate Pkwy., Jacksonville, FL 32256. All entries must be received at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on March 27, 2023.
Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programming, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
All entrants must be legal residents of the state of Michigan with a current U.S. address for prize fulfillment. Prizes that require shipment will not be shipped internationally.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

Winner Selection Rules and Agreements

Winners will be selected by random drawing on or around March 28, 2023, and announced on the WeAreTeachers website on March 29, 2023.
All published prizes from the Sponsor are fulfilled by the Sponsor and are the sole responsibility of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is responsible for contacting winners by email by April 6, 2023, and fulfilling all other related prizes directly to the winners.
WeAreTeachers and its Sponsors make every attempt to fulfill prizes. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days will not be awarded. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited by the winner and a new winner will be selected by random drawing.
Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. All prizes are awarded as-is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Product prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
Only the number of prizes stated in the Rules is available to be won. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries is received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WeAreTeachers and the program Sponsor reserve the right to extend the submission deadline and/or winner announcement.
WeAreTeachers and the program Sponsor reserve the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Promotion or any part of it.
Information provided by you under this program is subject to WeAreTeachers’ privacy policy located at weareteachers.com/privacy-policy. Sponsor (Meemic Insurance Company) collects personal data when you enter this Promotion. Entering the Promotion online, or by putting your entry form into the entry box, constitutes your permission for the Sponsor and its associated companies to maintain the data. This data is collected to maintain a record of those who have entered the Promotion, to ensure contact with potential winners, and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at Meemic.com/Privacy.
WeAreTeachers and the program Sponsor are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of the entries. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or Promotion malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.
WeAreTeachers and the Sponsor retain the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions are final and discretionary. The laws of the state of Michigan shall govern this Promotion. The courts of Michigan shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Rules and/or this Promotion. All participants and winners agree, by their participation in the Promotion, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
Winners may make no substitution or transfer of prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of each winner. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, representation, and warranty and acknowledgement of taxation/value of prize form. Winners will also be required to sign a name and liability release. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and Regulations. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be in violation of the Terms of Use of the websites, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Sponsor, its agents, and employees assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage due, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, or like online entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods. If, for any reason, the online portion of the Promotion is compromised by reason of tampering or technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or suspend the online portion of the Promotion and select winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if any) the action taken by Sponsor.
The Shell Gift Card can be used only for purchases of goods and services at Shell locations in the U.S., except territories. The Card cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given, except in states that require redemption for cash. Shell Oil Products U.S. and its related companies are not sponsors or co-sponsors of this promotion. If card balance falls below one dollar, pay at the pump may not be available, in which case contact station cashier to access balance or call the number printed on the card for assistance.
