- Eighteen (18) years of age or older and
- Currently employed full-time or part-time as an educator or school staff by an accredited public or private K-12 school in the State of Michigan, or a preschool that is part of a public school district or must have accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
- Entries must be submitted using the online form on this page or by mail between April 19, 2023, and June 12, 2023. To enter by mail, send your name, complete home address, phone number, and email to 5335 Gate Pkwy., Jacksonville, FL 32256. All entries must be received at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on June 12, 2023.
- Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programming, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
- All entrants must be legal residents of the state of Michigan with a current U.S. address for prize fulfillment. Prizes that require shipment will not be shipped internationally.
- Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
- Winners will be selected by random drawing on or around June 13, 2023, and announced on the WeAreTeachers website on June 16, 2023.
- All published prizes from the Sponsor are fulfilled by the Sponsor and are the sole responsibility of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is responsible for contacting winners by email by June 23, 2023, and fulfilling all other related prizes directly to the winners via email.
- WeAreTeachers and its Sponsors make every attempt to fulfill prizes. Prizes unclaimed after 60 days will not be awarded. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited by the winner and a new winner will be selected by random drawing.

- WeAreTeachers and the Sponsor retain the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions are final and discretionary. The laws of the state of Michigan shall govern this Promotion. The courts of Michigan shall be the exclusive forum for any dispute relating to these Rules and/or this Promotion. All participants and winners agree, by their participation in the Promotion, to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
- Winners may make no substitution or transfer of prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of each winner.
