Teachers are known for spending money on their classrooms. Websites, like Amazon, have made it easier to ask for classroom supplies and materials from families, friends, and more. Get your Amazon Wish List ready for back-to-school night, parent-teacher conferences, and other events that showcase the amazing work you do.
In addition to explaining how to set up an Amazon Wish List, download our Amazon list bundle that will help you brainstorm, organize, and share your wishlist. And, as those brown Amazon boxes start arriving, use our templates to thank parents and others in your community who donate.

Share your Amazon wish list
Share your list with parents during school events and conferences. And, share it more broadly on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Try using hashtags on your social posts such as #clearthelist2025, #clearthelist, and #PostForPencils. If it’s allowed, share the list in your classroom or school newsletter. Send emails or messages via your parent communication app. Sometimes PTAs or local community groups purchase items from teacher wish lists, so it’s worth checking.
