To date, 3,500 of America’s top teachers have embarked on summer odysseys that transform learning for themselves, their students and their school communities.
The 2010 grant cycle opens on October 1. Teachers may apply at www.fundforteachers.org. Geographical boundaries and subject areas are limitless as Fund for Teachers invites educators to dream big and submit proposals detailing their life- and career-changing plans. The deadline for submitting application is January 29th, 2010.
