About Me

I taught K-8 Physical Education for 14 years before moving to higher education with the hope of impacting future educators in the same way that my college professors impacted me. My students often reinforce my belief that the 14 years I spent as a K-8 physical educator make a very valuable contribution to my current work as a teacher educator.

Thank you for visiting my WeAreTeachers community profile and Knowledge Marketplace. I thoroughly enjoy connecting and building bridges with others from various communities of professional practice. I am a physical education teacher educator, although I consider myself a teacher educator first, and I just happen to have a specific interest in the physical education discipline. Over the course of the past 25 years in education I have had many opportunities to learn a great deal from other educators and from the education I see taking place all around me. Thanks Sandy, Is there a tutorial anywhere that will help me discover many ways that I might comtinue to use this. i am already finding that my "technolimitations" are making it a bit difficult for me to complete the tasks I am attempting.
