Collaboration is a key ingredient to teacher success. I venture to say that none of us are successful by ourselves. We depend on each other to come up with ideas for curriculum, classroom management, projects, further education, in-service and professional development ideas and more. I am anxious here on "We Are Teachers" to be a big part of that collaborative effort.
