So if you’re going to invest in professional development, it must effectively target the areas that are important to you and vital to your students.
Tell us what professional development you long for, and how you would use the knowledge to make a difference for your students. For example, you could implement new classroom-management techniques, increase reading fluency, individualize instruction, reach out to parents or special student populations, or integrate technology into instruction or project-based learning.
