Earth Day: Mobile Phone Recycling Program

Teachers, are you a “green leader” at your middle or high school? Would you like to earn a little “green” for your school?

Join Samsung Mobile and schools across the country in the March to a Million mobile phone recycling effort of 2010.

  • 50 schools will receive $1,000 with the grand prize of a VIP concert by Hey Monday!*

Everything you need to run your mobile phone recycling drive is provided in Samsung’s March to a Million FREE kit. You’ll receive a collection box, lesson guides, leader materials, wall posters, student giveaways, and prepaid shipping labels for the collected phones. Here’s how it works:

  • Today: Request Samsung’s FREE March to a Million kit (supplies are limited).
  • End of March: Receive your Samsung Mobile March to a Million program kit and start recycling!

June 1st: Deadline for shipping all collected mobile phones for a chance to win 1 of 50 green grants or a Hey Monday concert.*

  • Postmarked by 5/1/10: For “early bird” entries, every 25 phones = 2 entries
  • Postmarked by 6/1/10: Every 25 phones = 1 entry
