Description

Divide students into teams of 7, 1 student at each cone, 2 students at the start point. Student from the starting point runs to the next student on the track and passes the baton and that students then runs to the next student on the track so on, then runs to student at 1st mat student does 15 sit-ups, then passes to student at next mat does 10 push-ups, then passes to next student who frog jumps to next student on track. Till students are back where they started.

Objective

Students will learn that there are different fun ways to enjoy getting fit.

Materials

Cones, Batons, Fitness Mats. Small hurdles can be added to the track for additional fun and fitness.

Other Information

Field Set-up: Divide 4 cones around the track, 3 cones 5 feet apart 3rd cone closest to the track about 50 yards, 2 fitness mats at 2 of 3 cones, cone closest to the track empty.
