Description

When teaching about civil rights, most of my students can\'t relate to the struggles that African Americans endured. After visiting the Civil Rights Museum, my students saw a first hand account that many African Americans faced. My students will use the Internet or other sources to research civil rights cases in the U.S.

Objective

The student will research Civil Rights cases using an iPAD and illustrate an example of the ways people were discriminated against in the segregated South.
