Warm-up activity include aerobic capacity building with equipment or pediometers. Skill development through use of beanbags, hula, jump ropes, scarves, balls of various sizes, parachutes, various volleying and stiking equipment and mats. Curriculum is followed and integrated with the Spark program. Extra curricular events and fitness family events use various equipment incorporaed in the warm-up before events: peseverance run, gym show, field day ,health fairs and recess.

Objective

Use of any equipment can help to develop aerobic capacity and fitness skills making for future enjoyment of exercise. I encourage families to be a part of this experience of learning by use of an activity backpak and flowcharts of skills. At anytime they may sign out equipment in order to help there child to develop physical skills of the curriculum standards.
